LAVISH CARE — DISPLAY STAND TERMS
1. Purpose. Lavish Care provides the display stand and products free of charge for presentation and sale at the recipient's premises.
2. Ownership. The stand and all unsold products remain the property of Lavish Care until sold.
3. Payment. Payment is due only for sold products, based on the agreed wholesale prices. Invoices are issued regularly.
4. Restocking. The recipient agrees to notify Lavish Care when stock is running low so replacements can be arranged.
5. Care of Products. The recipient is responsible for keeping the stand in good condition and handling the products with care.
6. Return or Termination. Lavish Care may request the return of the stand and any remaining products at any time.
7. Acceptance. By submitting this form, the recipient confirms they have read and agree to these terms.
